In addition, the Conference Center includes a special service parking area and service ramp that allows delivery companies with quick and efficient access to the center. The hotel's master ballroom can be divided into four meeting rooms. With the four additional breakout rooms, a total of nine meeting rooms can be created, if needed. Creating Memorable Experiences for Guests

Attaining and maintaining the highest level of customer service is a primary goal at Marquis Los Cabos, the fabulous five-star hotel at mile marker 21.5 on The Corridor. To help ensure that high standard is attained, the company turns to Frederique Naffrichoux, director of sales and marketing for Marquis Los Cabos. "This is a resort for all senses," says Naffrichoux, "and providing the sixth sense is the Marquis staff."

Educated in France and England, she has worked for several major companies and on a few different continents as well. After studying the hotel business in London, Naffrichoux worked for Las Brisas Acapulco, the Westin Corp. and Avis Rent-A-Car before being hired by the Marquis Los Cabos in 2002. "I missed the hotel business after being away from it for a while," she reflects. "And, I also wanted to work for a hotel that had more of a family feel to it."

This profession is simply a labor of love for the outgoing Naffrichoux, who loves creating memorable experiences for guests. With an international background herself, she likes having the opportunity of getting to know others from around the world. "I meet so many interesting and colorful people in this line of work," says Naffrichoux.

"I have a personal goal of wanting to know what guests like and don't like, and how I can provide better service, if possible," she explains. "I feel that by working at the Marquis Los Cabos, I have learned to be a more sensitive and caring person. Getting paid to travel and meeting great people from all walks of life is also rewarding."

When not providing great customer service, Naffrichoux loves spending time with her eight-year-old son, Jonathan. "He's the love of my life," she says. The Naffrichoux family also has another companion: a black Labrador named Sombra (Shadow). And, later this year, Naffrichoux's mother, who'll soon be retiring from her job in France, will join Naffrichoux and Jonathan in Los Cabos.

In addition to reading and walks on the beach, Naffrichoux enjoys good restaurants and good wine, both of which are plentiful throughout Los Cabos. She also performs community work with different organizations. "My personal philosophy is to try and be happy, and value every minute of every day."
