Flavors of Pueblo Bonito
PacifiCooks, an annual culinary festival, features Mexico's top chefs and their personal creations at Pueblo Bonito's four resorts.
One of Los Cabos' most popular hotel brands is committed to keeping the region's high culinary status in top form. With PacifiCooks, Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts and Spas annually encourages some of Mexico's most beloved chefs to flaunt their imagination, talent, heritage and skills. During the 2010 edition of PacifiCooks, five chefs took to the kitchen each day to create customized five-course menus emphasizing local and regional ingredients. Each tasting dinner takes place at one of Pueblo Bonito's restaurants and is the collaborative result of the work of at least two chefs; these grand events are open to the public.
The chefs' personal creations are part of a unique culinary program that also includes cocktail receptions, cooking seminars and more. Hosted by award-winning Chef Antonio de Livier, PacifiCooks also allows guests the opportunity to chat with chefs about their inspiration and mode of preparation. "When Mexico's top chefs get together to collaborate and share their talents," Chef de Livier has said, "our guests are the ones who benefit the most."
